Our development proposals include the creation of commercial space and 182 new homes of mixed sizes and tenures, with high quality public, shared and private amenity spaces. The scheme seeks to deliver high density living in the form of two towers, with a variety of external shared amenity and playspace at intermediate and roof level, encouraging an interactive community environment within the realm of the development.

Unanimously approved, the scheme was a truly collaborative process. With extensive stakeholder consultation the scheme successfully unites a serires of complex challenges to deliver high quality homes with innovative integrated amenity. A new publicly accessible terraced landscape and podium park, placed in the centre of the proposal connects to the emerging wider site master plan, providing a permeable space where commercial activity, access to the residential entrances and residential amenity space can exist together, providing an active space for residents and the wider community. A series of strategically positioned triple height cut-outs within the upper and mid-level floorplates provide door-stop child playspace and further communal amenity for the residents.
