With a creative and considered design, we were able to unlock the latent potential of a previously ‘forgotten site’ in a prime city location.
Our design maximised the potential of a highly constrained brownfield site, located in centre of typical urban block.
The site, formerly occupied by garages, had 10 party wall awards with neighbouring gardens.
pH+ successfully obtained planning approval for a high quality, new-build family home, adding both commercial and real value for our client.
An introverted ground floor, with no direct outlook, is focused around a generous central courtyard garden.
Strategically positioned rooflights supplement this to provide sufficient levels and quality of daylight to the ground floor interior.
