A planning application has been submitted to Ashford Borough Council for a new-build family home in the Charing Conservation Area. The proposals look to reference the forms and materials of nearby Listed Buildings, wrapping the pitched roof form and principle elevations with a peg-tile cladding.

Planning permission has been granted for the refurbishment and conversion of a derelict public house near London’s Old Street. The proposals carefully integrate new brickwork construction with retained elements of an existing historic building, to provide 5 new residential apartments.

Construction has been completed on a new 2 storey roof extension in Shoreditch, East London. The Corten clad extension provides 2 new residential apartments and roof terrace, all with dramatic views of the City of London. More images to follow soon.
